It's been a while!

So it's been a few months since my last post (alright more than a few). Classes, my thesis, and teaching sort of got in the way of my dear little blog but I promise never again! I took this time away from the blog to really rethink what I wanted it to be and I think the changes are definately for the better. So, a fresh start!

Boyfriend and I recently moved into our new apartment and it's been amazing. We even have an office! It's so nice to have a place to call our own. Speaking of us, we have the best, THE BEST breakfast place in the ENTIRE world right here in our little hometown of Pullman. I swear to you, it's amazing. It's called European Breakfast and the name is exactly what it implies. All homemade, from scratch, European breakfast recipes. The morning we moved we had a delightful breakfast with an equally delightful waitress.

These puff pastries are called Danish Aebelskibers (Al-ba-skibers). They're egg batter filled with berries or Havarti cheese and sausage cooked in a cast iron skillet. I chose the Havarti cheese and sausage and well, I dieeeeee (to quote RZ)!!! Oh and they also hand squeeze the best OJ I've ever had. If you're ever in Pullman, make European Breakfast you're first stop. We may not be a big town, but we certainly know how to eat.

Hope your Thursday is lovely where you are.

X, J
